The zone will be adapted to work at temperatures as low as -2 degrees Celsius. Thanks to the experience gained in our sister cold store in Wietzendorf, Germany and the qualified workforce, we want to offer our customers the highest level of service tailored to their individual needs.
The blast freezing process reduces the harmful effects of cold on the surface of food products. Therefore, it does not destroy the composition of the products. As a result, the food retains its original taste, color, aroma and adequate humidity. Therefore, it is generally accepted that the faster the temperature drop, the better the structure of the product is preserved and protected. Thanks to the blast freezing process, it is also possible to reduce the amount of bulk goods out and save production time.
State-of-the-art blast freezing systems are very easy to operate. All the necessary information is displayed on the screen. The panel alerts you to any errors that have occurred during the freezing process, and also indicates failures and irregularities. All the necessary parameters can be set in a few moments.
